  • Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
  • Shipping in the US only: UPS at a flat rate, or pick it up at our Raleigh office.
  • Orders ship within one business day of your license check.
  • No contract. Cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
  • Order as many trackers as you need.

From order to first position

  1. Order and pay online. You give your business name, your PI license number and your licensing state.

  2. We check your license. If we can't verify it, we cancel the order and refund it in full.

  3. We configure the tracker and assign it to your account. You get an email to set your password.

  4. It ships within one business day, or you pick it up.

  5. Charge it, place it, and sign in. Your first position appears on the map.

Do I own the tracker?

Yes. The $125 is a one-time purchase.

What's included in the monthly plan?

The tracker's cellular service, the platform, the phone apps and text alerts. There's nothing else to pay.

What happens if I cancel?

The plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. Then the tracker stops reporting.

Can I order 10 or more?

Yes, order as many as you need online.
